Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure accurate and timely price changes within the store, maintaining price integrity and supporting sales and customer satisfaction. This role involves executing price changes, managing signage, and resolving price discrepancies, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute price changes throughout the store, including shelf tags, promotional signage, and clearance markdowns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular price audits to identify and correct discrepancies between advertised prices and point-of-sale system data.
- Maintain organized records of price changes and audits, facilitating efficient tracking and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with store management, vendors, and other departments regarding price changes, discrepancies, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot pricing issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional pricing strategies, ensuring accurate signage and timely execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the pricing area, contributing to overall store efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to pricing, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing price inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date on pricing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
