What are the responsibilities and job description for the STOCKER P/T [Las Milpas] position at Juniors Supermarkets?
Stockers are responsible for providing stocking support for the Grocery department. They will stock, load, cut and sort product, and build displays in order to ensure maximum product availability and department sales. They must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess outstanding customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to customers. They must be capable of lifting and carrying 30-50 lbs. regularly and pushing/pulling objects weighing between 300 to 2500 lbs. They should also be comfortable with occasional climbing and working above floor level.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to handle frequent standing, walking, squatting, bending, sitting, balancing, and body rotation. They must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
While previous work experience is preferred, candidates with no prior experience will also be considered. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
