📍 Location: Orange County & Surrounding Areas
🕒 Shift: Evenings (must be available between 600 pm and 11:00 pm. Daytime availability is a plus but not required.)
💰 Pay: $18.50 per hour
🚗 Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle Required
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and adaptable individual with commercial cleaning experience to join our team as a flexible coverage Cleaning Tech. This part-time position is ideal for someone who can step in when needed to support regular cleaning operations and occasional project work.
Requirements
✔️ Minimum of one year of commercial cleaning experience.
✔️ Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to commute between job sites.
✔️ Willing to adapt to a flexible, non-fixed schedule.
✔️ Dependable, punctual, and efficient.
✔️ Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 38 lbs during shifts.
✔️ Comfortable using a smartphone for basic communication and work-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Be flexible and available to cover shifts on short notice when needed.
- Perform general commercial cleaning tasks.
- Assist with project work when needed
- Communicate efficiently with management and be able to send detailed reports with pictures.
- Work independently while staying efficient
- Detail-oriented and managing time efficiently
