What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter position at Juniper Cleaning?

Shift: Day Porter - Morning Shift
Location: Irvine, California
Common duties for this job: (including but not limited to)
- Cleaning and disinfecting areas
- General Areas, entrance, lobby, and restrooms
- Dust and wipe furniture
- Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas
- Vacuum swept and mop floors
- Restock supplies
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all areas for cleanliness
- Reports known safety hazards, equipment, and customer concerns to supervisor
- Maintains high levels of customer service
- Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves and any other safety equipment that the tasks require
Day Porter Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Meet the physical requirements: constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying
- Lifting up to 38lbs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be familiar with mobile devices (such as tablets, and smartphones)
- Punctual and reliable
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and have a good attitude
