Join the Connections team at Juniper Bucks! This full-time position focuses primarily on driving a shuttle bus to transport residents to shopping destinations, community events, and church services on weekends. During weekdays, the associate will assist with a variety of activities and provide support throughout the community as well as offer support to driving residents off campus as needed.
The Schedule is: Wednesday - Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Starting rate is $16.50

Role
Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.
Requirements
High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred)
Previous Experience In Healthcare Or Service Related Setting (Preferred)
Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
