Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour
Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.
Responsibilities
Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
Provide excellent customer service.

- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved medication administration course.
- Successful completion of a nurse aide training course if state regulated.
- Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
- Successful completion of a CPR and First Aid course.
