Full time 3 pm - 11 pm positions available (weekends required) all shifts
Role: We are looking for a compassionate caregiver to assist in the management of day-to-day operations within the community to ensure maximum levels of resident functional ability, safety, and overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between residents, family members, and other team members to maintain effective communication and appropriate care.
Makes written and oral reports to leadership team and completes all assigned paperwork to meet current federal, state, local, and company regulatory compliance standards.
Assists in establishing rapport and maintaining teamwork throughout Wellness Department; assists in the continuous and ongoing supervision, oversight, and delegation within the Wellness Department including but not limited to training, discipling, counseling, motivating, and evaluating.
Requirements
Current LPN License (required)
Current BLS Certification (preferred)
Previous Management Experience In Healthcare Or Service-related Field (preferred)
Knowledge of all applicable governmental regulations
Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult
