Key Responsibilities
* Medication administration and documentation for residents
* Observing patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and side-effects
* Providing assistance with activities of daily living as needed
* Administering prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks
* Effective communication with the healthcare team, residents, families, and medical professionals
Skills and Qualifications
