Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Contract Admin for our landscape installation branch. This position works closely with our operations management team, providing administrative support through tasks related to organization and communication for the branch and our employees. This is a full-time, hourly paid position with benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with A/P, A/R, Purchasing and Payroll tasks for the branch
- Data entry of timesheets, work orders, warranty requests, and other administrative processes
- Handle incoming calls and other communications with a high sense of urgency and a focus on outstanding customer service
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Reconcile inventory of branch items
- Assist with applicants and new hire processes
- Update, organize and file documents and records
- Support the Contract Administrator during absences or higher business demand times
- Assist the management team with additional projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- A demonstrated ability to develop strong professional relationships in a business setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior attention to detail and follow-up with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn other company computer systems to perform the duties of the position
- Ability to use computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technology applications
- Experience supporting teams in the service, construction, or landscaping industries is a plus
