Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Branch Manager – Landscape Maintenance to lead one of our Commercial Landscape Maintenance branches. The Branch Manager works closely with their direct report teams to maintain relationships with key clients while building a branch safety and operating culture focused on continuous improvement. They are responsible for the financial performance of each service line within the branch as well as the management of all branch departments, personnel, budgets, and business plans.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with all clients and proactively engage with key clients
- Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality while ensuring all contractual services are being provided
- Ensure costumer retention goals are met
- Manage annual budget and forecasting of projected revenues by service line
- Manage monthly expenditures, aligning with sales and forecasted budget
- Monitor direct costs including labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure that monthly gross margin goals are achieved
- Oversee branch asset inventory and needs
- Work with FP&A team to accurately track branch performance
- Identify staffing needs and assist with acquiring, managing, and retaining talent
- Conduct and/or coordinate all required training to ensure employees are adequately trained and able to effectively perform and improve in their job.
- Monitor branch safety record, implement methods to improve safe workplace practices, and promote a safety-focused culture
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by the company
- Ensure new sales goals for the branch are properly budgeted
- Understand and accurately estimate jobs
- Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and create development plan(s) for employees
Requirements:
- 3 years of landscaping or service industry experience required.
- 3 years of managing multi-million-dollar operations required.
- Experience with business accounting and profit and loss statements required.
- Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and leadership, decision making, revenue recognition, and computer software systems.
- Possess or obtain CPCO (Certified Pest Control Operator) license within 9 months of employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture/other related field or business management preferred
- Experience in Aspire Landscape Operating System preferred
