Immediately seeking helper for lawn maintenance work (mostly mowing, trimming, blowing, fertilization and irrigation maintenance). Amount of work is increasing, so opportunity to switch to full-time later on is possible, if candidate desires.
Need someone whose current job has a fixed weekly schedule, or who is able to set his own schedule.
No experience required (beyond mowing your own lawn), but willingness to learn is essential.

- Clean driving record, and background check
- Willingness to learn, and potentially teach newer crew members in the future
