Project Coordinator - Professional Services

As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Senior Program Managers to develop comprehensive action plans, which include resource allocation, timeframes, and budgets for large customer programs. You'll also handle key administrative responsibilities like maintaining project documentation, managing customer ticketing systems, and addressing financial queries. This role is a dual position, where, as time permits, you will also take on the responsibility of independently managing smaller consulting engagements from start to finish. In these instances, you'll develop schedules, , manage consulting resources, and ensure customer success.

Required - US Citizen since this supports the Federal Services team.

Location(s): Ideally Denver, CO or Herndon, VA (no relocation)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in the daily execution of large or complex projects/programs.
• For smaller projects, manage all phases from initiation to delivery, providing support and guidance to the project team, resolving obstacles, and influencing stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as creating or updating project trackers, schedules, customer tools, status reports, and ticketing systems.
• Support project delivery, ensuring it stays on time, within budget, and meets agreed-upon quality standards.
• Identify potential issues and develop corrective actions as needed to guarantee project success.
• Improve existing processes and define new ones to enhance project execution and control.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

• Required: Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Required: Familiarity with networking, telecommunications, server hardware, and physical installation (rack, stack, and cabling).
• Ideal: Understanding of AI network solutions for Enterprise and/or Service Provider Accounts.
• Advantageous: Experience with JIRA and Juniper products.
• Advantageous: Experience in delivering software and network projects throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to acceptance.

Experience/Background Desired

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Coordinator in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in delivering and integrating network solutions into OSS/BSS/IT systems for Service Providers or Enterprise customers.
• Experience working with external customers.
• BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent project management experience.
• Advantageous: PMP certification or an established timeline for obtaining it is preferred.

Minimum Salary: $103,488.00

Maximum Salary:$148,764.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $103,488.00 and $148,764.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
