The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing the documenting, booking and reporting on financing transactions, portfolio management, and overall operational responsibility for the Juniper Financial Services' sales team.
Candidate Qualifications |
The position requires 6 to 10 years' experience in an independent or captive equipment financing environment. The candidate will be responsible for supporting a financing sales team and managing contract generation, transaction bookings, and tracking financing transactions from origination to funding. The individual will need to have a strong understanding of the captive financing environment, engage with various departments within Juniper (Legal, Tax, Order Management, Accounting, and Tax) as well as customers, channel partners and third-party lenders. A strong knowledge and experience with SFDC and Excel are required.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com. Report generation on forecasts, fundings, etc.
- Experience with financing documents including Installment Payment Agreements, Lease Agreements, Lease schedules and IPA Supplements, Guarantees, and related financing documents.
- Candidate must be comfortable engaging with various disciplines within Juniper, including Tax, Accounting, Legal, and Operations.
- Ability to build relationships with funders, channel partners and end-user customers.
- High level knowledge of financing and accounting.
Reporting, Location, and Travel Requirements
- The individual will report to the Managing Director of Juniper Financial Services
- Preferred location of employment is the United States
- Limited travel (2 to 3 times per year)
Minimum Salary: $103,488.00
Maximum Salary:$148,764.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $103,488.00 and $148,764.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
