Senior Major Account Manager/ Amazon

Come join Juniper Networks Cloud Team! The Senior Major Account Manager (MAM) is responsible for growing sales and developing relationships with Amazon. We are looking for someone who will think big and make an impact. The MAM will build, develop, and execute a strategic account plan with the sales team to grow Juniper business. They will also work closely and align with their sales peers, systems engineering, customer service, sales operations, and other Juniper and customer teams.

Must live in the Seattle Area

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the Account Director to develop an account plan focusing on growing sales opportunities
• Establish and Nurture Relationships with Key Technical, Operational, Business Executives and Decision Makers
• Manage opportunities, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management
• Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers
• Coordinates and lead members of account team: SEs, Service Management, Inside Sales, PLM, etc

• 10 years sales experience
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Software, Services and Solution Selling

• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain critical customer relationships.
• Work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player.
• Experience selling networking and security solutions
• Travel required
• Experience developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotes and presenting networking products
• Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers

Minimum Salary: $236,544.00

Maximum Salary:$340,032.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $236,544.00 and $340,032.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
