Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Sponsorships & CXO Marketing to join our Brand Marketing organization. This role involves managing our corporate sponsorships, leading sponsorship activation, overseeing CXO programming across marketing, and advancing thought leadership content that enhances executive engagement. This role requires a thoughtful strategist with strong operational capabilities, capable of crafting premium and consistent brand experiences and working cross functionally with key stakeholders across marketing, sales and executive leadership. The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, measurement framework development, and executive event planning.

Maximum Salary:$242,650.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $168,800.00 and $242,650.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.

- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand partnerships.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling sponsorship opportunities and materials.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with the sponsorship agency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. Provide guidance and direction to agency partners.
- Activate sponsorship across not only C-suite programming, but also employees to drive excitement & engagement.
- Track sponsorship performance, measure ROI, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Understand CXO audience and priorities, including their motivations, market trends, and industry challenges.
- Craft programs that optimize the CXO journey and align business objectives with executive interests. Create seamless CXO journeys, from contact acquisition to pre- and post-event follow ups.
- Design and execute executive-level nurture programs including content development, email nurture, events, roundtables, and thought leadership forums. Understand the high-touch, personalized event experience design needed for executives.
- Oversee program logistics, including agenda development, speaker briefings, and event execution when needed.
- Collaborate across marketing to ensure a consistent CXO experience across brand, content, field and performance marketing.
- Develop post-event reports and insights to improve future programming.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, executives, and industry leaders.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on sponsorship and executive engagement opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Oversee team and collaborate cross functionally to ensure objectives and priorities are being met.
- Manage budget and vendor invoicing.
- Define comprehensive measurement frameworks to assess sponsorship & CXO investment effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in sponsorship management, event programming, or business development.
- Experience working with senior executives and delivering high-caliber programming.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to craft compelling marketing materials and sponsorship decks.
- Knowledge of digital engagement strategies for executive audiences.
- Experience in agency management and vendor relations.
- Demonstrated leadership & collaborative capabilities with the ability to build alignment, motivate and inspire a team.
