Are you ready to join the Juniper Mist team!ResponsibilitiesBe the technical expert supporting the Juniper Sales team for sales and solution related activitiesYou will conduct online Juniper Mist product presentations, solution demonstrations and answer technical questionsAnalyze customer and partner requirements, then develop Juniper Mist technical solutions aligning to business needsBecome the Juniper Mist subject matter expert and leverage that knowledge to position Juniper Mist with all audiences from the IT Network Engineer to CIOWork with Juniper Partners to drive enablement, growth and scalePosition Juniper Mist Wi-Fi, Wired Assurance, WAN Assurance and Location Based Services solutions vs competitive solutions creating winning designsDrive proof of concept pilots for customer opportunitiesHelp create design / deployment guides for public and internal consumptionBe an active member in the Juniper Mist communityCollaborate with Juniper Sales, Product Marketing and Engineering teams to work on customer projects and provide feedback on industry trends and requirementsQualificationsProven track record of 7 years in a Sales Engineering capacity, or related roles with a WLAN manufacturer, Networking vendor or Partner experienceWireless networking expertise, industry & standards knowledge, site survey skills, experience with high density Wi-Fi designs and deployment for campus and distributed sitesSolid knowledge of network communications technology, Layer 1 through 7, VLANs, TCP / IP, Ethernet, FWs, ACLs, Routing, etc. to assist customers in design and implementing Juniper Mist products in their environmentsFamiliarity with AAA / RADIUS solutions, the various EAP methods, Certificates and Client device operating systemsWLAN design experience and leveraging tools such as Ekahau, Netally or iBwave are a must.Bonus experience and interest : RESTful API, scripting, Python, captive portals, SAMLExceptional verbal, written, presentation and communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage simultaneous projects in a high-pace environmentAbility to work independently and with a team with a passion to drive continuous successOpen to travel 50% of the timeMinimum Salary : $154,880.00Maximum Salary : $222,640.00The pay range for this position is expected to be between $154,880.00 and $222,640.00 / year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations.
