Pay : Starting at $15.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities; higher rates are available for Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers.
Role : Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.
Juniper Village at Guadalupe Riverfront is looking for Private Duty Caregivers with a servant's heart to work on 'As Needed' basis both at our community location and in the community at large. Our Caregivers help Seniors to remain in their independent environment by providing a multitude of scheduled services, some of which may include Medication Reminders, assisting with personal Basic Needs, assisting with Pet Care, additional Housekeeping, providing Transportation, etc. Caregivers will receive on the job training from experienced Supervisor. Do you have certain days during the week / weekends when you are available to work mornings, afternoons, nights? There are a variety of needs that must be met all throughout the week.
Requirements :
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Works throughout the community and its premises. Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
