Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordintor will support the efforts of our dental service organization, focusing on both general and specialty dental practices in the Reno/Sparks area. The successful candidate will coordinate events, facilitate meet and greets, manage gift drop offs for our specialty practices, and perform various marketing tasks aimed at attracting new patients and fostering relationships with potential referring providers. Position requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination
- Plan, organize and execute events aimed at promoting our partner general dental and specialty practices.
- Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and marketing material preparation.
- Manage event budgets and ensure all events are executed within budget.
- Track and analyze the success of each event and provide feedback to the Marketing Manager and practice Doctors and staff.
2. Provider Relations
- Schedule and coordinate meet and greet sessions with potential referring providers.
- Organize and deliver gift drop-offs to referring providers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Track interactions with potential and existing referring providers and report on relationship-building activities.
3. Patient Acquisition
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at attracting new patients to our partner practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars for all Reno/Sparks practices.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures and flyers.
4. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Support social media marketing efforts by creating content and scheduling posts.
- Assist in maintaining the company website and partner practice websites and other digital platforms.
- Participate and contribute to marketing copywriting of emails, social media, website, and print materials as needed.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Maintaining marketing timelines and supporting the department to meet its many production deadlines, update promotional plans, task calendars, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and results.
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry- preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience scheduling Outlook calendar meetings.
- Successful experience working in, and contributing to, a collaborative, team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency and familiarity with marketing software and tools (Mailchimp, social media management, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Reno/Sparks area as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office based with regular travel to different practices within the Reno/Sparks area.
Some evening and weekend work may be required for events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
