About The Role
Camber sits on $2B of annual therapy claims data, but that data is underutilized today. As an early member of our data team, you will help structure our data to help generate meaningful insights that drive our business decisions, as well as directly improve our product and help behavioral health clinics grow faster.
What you’ll do :
- Data modeling : Designing and maintaining data models to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Data cleaning : Identifying and correcting errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies in raw data.
- Data analysis : Analyzing data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Report creation : Developing clear and concise reports summarizing key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration : Working with different departments and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis.
