What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Associate position at Juniper?

Role Overview:

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will produce Juniper’s unique lighting products. You’ll be able to learn and master new skills in areas such as metal polishing, finishing, painting, and machine operation through hands-on training in our facility. This position provides a path for career growth in a creative and high-energy environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Polishing brass and aluminum parts
Clean and prep parts for painting
Run CNC and manual equipment
Other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of experience working in a production environment is preferred.
Experience working with brass and aluminum is a plus.
Diligence, attention to detail, and good eyesight.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
