*Entry level and no experience required... 2–4-week Training period to become a Route Leader

Your mission:
At Junk Rescue, our heroes provide unmatched services for local neighbors with a stress and hassle-free option to remove or donate unwanted items from their homes and/or offices. We pride ourselves on creating the ultimate customer experience and that all starts with deploying the right hero for the job!
Pay Rates (Top Performers earning $20 /hr after all incentives )
Labor Only - Starting @ $14.50 / hr (plus tips and monthly Bonuses)
Drivers – Starting @ $15 / hr. plus incentives (plus tips and monthly Bonuses)
Route Captain- Starting @ $16 / hr. (plus tips, monthly bonuses, and profit share)
Super Captain - Starting @ $17 / hr. (plus tips, monthly bonuses, and profit share)

4 Day Work week available (8 -12 hr shifts)

Qualifications & Requirements:
Physically capable of lifting 50lbs repeatedly
Driver's License and ability to pass a DOT medical screening
Previous general labor, customer service, sales or driving experience a plus!
