Salary: $17 - $23/hr starting Incentives Tips
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
Mover/Driver/Hauler Responsibilities:
- Be friendly, engage customers with a smile, eye contact, and a chat
- Present a professional image with a neat uniform (shirt tucked, hat straight, pants at waist) and a positive attitude
- Educate customers on pricing, services, and benefits before offering estimates to ensure complete satisfaction
- Handle customer items with the utmost care
- Safely operate trucks and equipment
- Haul unwanted items
- Meet or exceed revenue goals
- Conduct daily truck inspections (check tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.)
- Prevent costly mistakes like damage, injury, dissatisfied clients, and lost equipment
Mover/Driver/Hauler Qualifications & Skills:

- Ability to pass a background check and a valid driver’s license
