Learning & Development Specialist
Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a hands-on Learning and Development (L D) professional with experience in developing and delivering campus, early career, and professional development curriculum, as well as supporting learning and development needs in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This role reports into the Global Head of L D with close ties to the local HR team. The successful candidate will partner with a broad range of colleagues globally, including HR generalists, L D team members, program managers, business, and technical experts, as well as employees, to build and deliver initiatives that will help enhance our performance and support the development of our talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage programs for campus hires – both intern and graduate – including partnering with recruiting and the business on the needs of programs, identifying modules and topics to include, and overseeing the execution of the programs in collaboration with the L D coordinator.
- Facilitate instructor-led workshops and learning events on various topics, such as professional skills, team building, mentoring, graduate, and intern programming.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design learning journeys and identify digital resources for professional (technical, business, and behavioral) development
- Support the implementation of a Learning Management System across the organization.
- Build eLearning and on-demand content to support a variety of learners.
- Partner closely with global L D team to build global solutions that can be used to support local needs and to ensure alignment of direction.
- Manage the annual performance management communication and training effort, and the implementation of the annual peer / direct report feedback process.
