Risk Manager

Our client, a well-known global company in the Cherry Hill, NJ area, is seeking a Risk Manager to join their team.

This role will be responsible for all compliance and administration of the organization’s captive insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Third-Party Administrator.
• Establishes and revises claims procedures.
• Finalizes underwriting submissions and maintains responsibility for the maintenance, negotiation, and renewal of insurance.
• Ensures compliance with any current or new laws, regulations, requirements, etc.
• Manages underwriting guidelines, policy execution, and payments.
• Monitors all financial statements.
• Handles contract management including implementing and maintaining contract life cycle.
• Determines marketing / coverage priorities, premium goals, retention levels, aggregates, limits of insurance, and captive involvement information, etc.
• Reviews proposals, gives recommendations of selection, and implements selected program.
• Ensures that any and all monthly investments and changes in policy are accurate.
• Ensures completion of all required government forms.
• Manages litigated claims in collaboration with legal department.
