About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Juno Search Partners. In this hybrid role, you will work from our Glen Mills, PA office for three days a week and have the flexibility to work remotely.
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers and prospects. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing any issues or concerns, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide professional assistance regarding product questions, order status, and general inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Assist new customers with the setup process to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates using CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
