Join Juno Search Partners as a Customer Success Associate and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field. You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
