Our client, a professional services/consulting firm in Blue Bell, PA is searching for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join their team. As the leader of the talent acquisition team, the Manager of Recruitment is responsible for supporting the rapid growth of our client. This role leads a team of established recruitment professionals to execute on all hiring initiatives across our multiple business verticals. Training and development of a recruitment skillset is a critical responsibility within this role as you will be tasked with both creating and leading a team to execute on all recruitment strategies. You will help solidify the organization as an employer of choice and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of the industry’s best talent across the United States.
This position is onsite Monday-Thursday, can work remotely on Friday.
The most impactful responsibilities of this role include:
Lead and Manage Recruiting Team: Oversee and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and development.
Requisition Management: Review and qualify hiring requisitions to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with organizational needs.
Drive Hiring Initiatives: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Team Performance: Establish clear expectations and KPIs for the recruiting team, continuously measuring and improving performance against recruitment goals.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Actively manage key requisitions and provide support to the recruiting team as needed, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate placement.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process, leveraging technology, and best practices to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
Employer Branding: Help drive the company’s employer brand and improve the overall candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
Reporting & Metrics: Maintain regular reporting on recruitment activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance data.
Requirement/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Life Sciences recruitment / leadership experience required.
- Proven experience with hiring, training, and leading a recruitment team.
- Ability to work strategically with senior level stakeholders.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience working within a candidate ATS. Preferably Bullhorn but not required.
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced consulting or agency model preferred.
- Adaptability and willingness to grow within your role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
