Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. You will also help clients troubleshoot basic issues such as downloading documents, to ensure clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Work hours are flexible and at this time the position is part-time, however it may be increased to full-time as skills in the industry are acquired (company training may be offered).

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell engineering services to new and existing customers (paid training will be provided to get the associate up to speed with terminology). No technical discussions with clients is required.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers. Receive incoming calls, collect client information and add to our database.
  • Set follow-up appointments if needed using a calendar program.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong issue negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
