We are seeking a talented Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our mission forward.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Warehouse / Logistics / Inventory Control Associate to join our team at a growing medical device company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing medical devices and supplies. You will also oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Warehouse Operations :
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of medical devices and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage of products in accordance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control :
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts (physical counts, cycle counts).
- Track inventory movements using inventory management software, ensuring accurate records of stock levels.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory, such as overstock, understock, or damaged goods.
- Assist with reordering inventory as needed to prevent shortages or stockouts.
- Logistics Support :
- Coordinate and track outbound shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and labels.
- Work with logistics carriers to arrange and monitor deliveries, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules.
- Support the timely and accurate flow of inventory through the warehouse, working closely with internal teams and vendors.
- Compliance & Safety :
- Ensure all medical device storage and handling complies with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.).
- Maintain warehouse safety protocols and standards, including safe handling of medical products, lifting, and equipment use.
- Ensure all goods are stored in a clean, temperature-controlled environment as required.
- Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the creation of safe work practices.
- Customer Service Support :
- Assist in order fulfillment and resolving any shipping or inventory-related issues with customers or internal teams.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and production, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour depending on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : education, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, benefits and 401(K) with matching.
