Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage Sonny's Car Wash technology to provide exceptional cleaning services.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on car wash equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Guide customers through the car wash process and recommend services based on their needs.
- Engage in sales activities to promote car wash packages and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Process transactions and handle cash and card payments with accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about the latest car wash technologies and techniques for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Jupiter, Florida, or the surrounding area.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in car wash operations or using Sonny's Car Wash technology is a plus.
- Basic understanding of car mechanics and maintenance.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
