Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AV Installation Foreman to lead commercial construction projects in multimedia and AV integration. This role is responsible for onsite project coordination and management, ensuring AV installations are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
The AV Installation Foreman will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the installation process, including managing scope, planning, and tracking progress to ensure successful completion. This role involves direct communication with customers, employees, and subcontractors while ensuring high-quality AV integration in commercial environments.

Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial AV integration and construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Experience leading and managing a crew of AV installation technicians (2-8 employees/subcontractors).
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at various stages.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting installation manuals, technical instructions, and project documentation.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, including presenting information to teams and clients.
- Professional English proficiency with the ability to train technicians and ensure industry standards.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (25% of the time) for job site visits.
Preferred Experience
- CTS and CTS-I Certification Preferred
- OSHA 10
Pay Rate:
$31.00 - $38.00/hour
