Position: Preschool Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children.
- Lead and support a team of dedicated teachers, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
- Develop and implement educational policies and curriculum that meet state standards and promote excellence.
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and inviting for all families.
- Manage finances, including budgeting and fiscal planning.
- Maintain a strong online presence through social media and website management.
- Organize exciting fundraising events to support the growth of our programs.
- Provide opportunities for staff development, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
- Oversee the planning of nutritious meal programs to support children’s health.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: CDA/Associate degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years in early childhood education, including classroom or supervisory experience in childcare.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.
