Jupiter Marine International, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing professional to help lead and expand our sales and marketing operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads, promote the brand, build strong customer and dealer relationships, and drive sales revenue by combining marketing initiatives with direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the marine industry, a proven track record in sales and marketing, and excellent communication skills. This individual will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager. This position is primarily based out of our home office in Palmetto, FL., however, occasional travel will be involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, content marketing, and events to raise brand awareness and generate interest in products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through market research, networking, and lead-nurturing activities to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Sales Prospecting: Assist in identifying potential dealers to grow the dealer network in areas where there is currently no representation.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Building & maintaining strong relationships with dealers through regular communication, product training, and providing excellent support to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales & Marketing Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales and marketing performance metrics, analyzing market trends, and identifying areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
- Market Research: Conducting market analysis to understand competitor landscape, customer demographics, and emerging trends.
- Content Creation: Developing marketing materials like website content, videos & photography, monthly newsletters, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Website Management: Constantly managing the website to keep events up to date, editing content as needed, and presenting ideas for refreshing the site to keep interest.
- Public Relations: Managing company image and media relations to build brand reputation.
- Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of boat shows, dealer meetings, factory tours, and other marketing events.
- Four-year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of boat manufacturing and industry trends
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Marketing and sales knowledge across various channels
