Position Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic III will have experince with hospital generators and switch gear. Chillers and steam boilers, Ice machine repairs, med gas lines repairs, hospital bed repair, plumbing repair, cast iron, copper, pvc pipe and toilet replacement.

Physical Requirements

This position can be physically demanding at times. Corrected vision, normal hearing. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. This position will require standing, lifting, walking, and kneeling for extended periods of time push / pull up to 40lbs., carry and lift up to 75lbs. Ability to adapt and react during stressful situations.
