Education
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the receiving, accounting and distributing of supplies and equipment shipped to the Medical Center.

Education
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- At least one-year experience in inventory control in a distribution or storeroom setting required.
- Special Skills: Knowledge of the purchasing and logistics systems used at the Medical Center. Computer skills including Windows, date entry, word processing and spreadsheets
- Special Skills: Microsoft Office suite skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be capable of working without supervision; possess the ability to make sound decisions, be detail oriented, a strong time manager with the ability to be alert and self-motivated.
- Must be able to delegate work, supervise staff and monitor and measure progress of the staff.
- Must be organized and maintain a clean work environment.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the receiving, accounting and distributing of supplies and equipment shipped to the Medical Center.
- Responsible for the set-up, counting, filling and maintenance of par locations.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance, cleaning and organization of the warehouse.
- Oversees the distribution of linen, supplies and equipment utilized in the Medical Center.
- Enters data, both receipts and issues, into the computer system.
- Assists in the mailroom and does shipping as required.
- Supervision and control of all functions of General Stores including receiving, ordering, issuing and distribution of General Stores supply items and control of the clean linen distribution.
- Managed the receiving and distribution (including par management) of non stock purchases of supplies and equipment including rental equipment and shipping activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Annual Joint Commission mandatory education requirements, in-service and health requirements including attendance at new employee orientation
