Position Summary:
As a Corporate Recruiter at Jupiter Payments, you will source, attract, and onboard high-performing sales agents. Leveraging your expertise in recruiting and knowledge of the payments industry, you will identify and engage top talent to help scale our team of skilled agents and internal corporate positions to help Jupiter Payments grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Outreach: Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with Jupiter Payments.
- Relationship Building: Represent Jupiter Payments as a brand ambassador and nurture long-term candidate relationships.
- Onboarding and Support: Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new hires.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine recruitment strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and prepare progress reports and KPI presentations to management
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience within corporate, payments, merchant processing, experience recruiting sales professionals preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship management.
- Knowledge: Familiar with sales agent roles and commission-based hiring models.
- Technology: Skilled with ATS, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and online recruitment platforms: expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-Driven: Focused on achieving recruitment targets.
