Position Summary:
The Operations Manager for the Control Room Team oversees the performance and development of control room operators who manage Jupiter Power’s energy storage systems (ESS). This role ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant operations, with a focus on coordinating dispatch instructions from Independent System Operators (ISO), delivering exceptional customer experiences, and aligning team objectives with Jupiter Power’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:

- Supervise, mentor, and develop the Control Room Operator team, promoting a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

- Manage shift schedules to ensure 24/7 operational coverage, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

- Operational Oversight and ISO Coordination:

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of energy storage systems, grid operations, and ISO dispatch processes.
