We are seeking a versatile and skilled part-time Janitorial Services Technician to join our team. This role involves performing tasks that ensure a clean and organized building, along with occasional light building maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize office spaces, including workstations, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and perform other cleaning duties as required to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary
Building Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections and light maintenance tasks around the building.
- Address minor repairs and replacements, such as fixing leaks and changing light bulbs.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any major issues or needed repairs to the supervisor and coordinate with external contractors if necessary.
General Duties:
- Assist with setting up and arranging furniture or equipment for meetings and events.
- Support other team members in various facility-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and visitors.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications in building maintenance or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in building maintenance and cleaning services.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
- The role may involve working in various weather conditions and handling a range of cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools.
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed, including occasional weekends and evenings.
Potential Pay Range:
- $17-20 per hour
