What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Operator position at Jurgensen Companies?
We are currently seeking self-motivated and dependable full-time Asphalt Plant / Loader Operators with a heavy emphasis on maintenance. We have openings in Dayton, Ohio area. We are willing to develop the right candidates however, Ideal candidates will have experience working within an asphalt plant operation and a proven safety track record. Successful candidates will be hard working, willing to learn and will take initiative.
Loader Operator Responsibilities :
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Previous knowledge of OSHA / MSHA regulations
- Ability to operate other pieces of equipment if needed
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
