This role offers the opportunity to engage in both plaintiff and defendant work, with a focus on business-related cases. We are seeking a motivated candidate with 1-3 years of litigation experience, strong research skills, and a desire to learn about written discovery and related processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and be ready to take on court appearances, including trials and appeals, as their career progresses.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in business-related cases.
- Strong research, analytical skills. Experienced with written discovery
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented with a proactive learning attitude.
- Court appearances is a plus but not required.
