JUSDA Supply Chain North America is seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Lead to oversee and manage our distribution center operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring peak efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with a strong track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams.
