What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distribution Specialist position at Jushi?

This role will report directly to the Distribution Lead.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsible for manifest creation, preparing, packing, auditing and staging outbound delivery orders for external customers
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and organized
- Coordinates and accepts returns from dispensaries
- Completes scheduled finished goods inventory audits between online ordering platform (LeafTrade) and seed to sale system (MJ Freeway)
- Works with fulfillment teams to rectify any order discrepancies
- Escalates deviations and discrepancies to the Distribution Lead or his designee
- Assists in EOM / EOY finished goods inventory counts, cycle counts and document retention
- Adhere to SOPs and established company procedures
- Assist with Shipping & Receiving when necessary
- Operate forklift and other machinery
- Drive and deliver orders when needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
