This isn’t your average retail leadership gig. We're looking for someone who thrives on driving results, develops, and champions talent, and knows how to bring a brand to life. You’ll be leading from the front—coaching, solving, strategizing—and helping shape the future of cannabis retail in Ohio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Drive Sales & Grow the Market:
  • Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets across your stores. You'll lead with a growth mindset and build strategies that move the needle—fast.
  • Lead & Inspire Top Talent:
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a strong bench of General Managers and rising leaders. Your goal? Build a powerhouse team that delivers results and has fun doing it.
  • Be a Brand Champion:
  • Ensure every location delivers an experience that reflects the heart of our brand. From store visuals to team energy, you’ll be the person who brings our brand to life in the field.
  • Optimize the Guest Experience:
  • Make sure our guests feel welcomed, supported, and impressed. You’ll lead by example, set expectations, and create consistency in service across your locations.
  • Financial Acumen:
  • Full ownership of the P&L for all assigned locations, with accountability for driving revenue, managing costs, and optimizing profitability.
  • Execute with Excellence:
  • From KPIs to payroll, from marketing rollouts to compliance—you’ll be the go-to for execution. You’ll also bring insights and ideas to the table that make us smarter, faster, and better.
  • Other duties as assigned


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 10 years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries, ideally with experience scaling operations in a fast-growth environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering results—you're data-savvy, goal-oriented, and know how to translate strategy into action that drives sales, efficiency, and profitability.
  • High emotional intelligence and people-first leadership style—you know how to motivate diverse teams, have tough conversations with empathy, and build winning teams.
  • Talent builder mindset—you don’t just hire people, you develop them. You understand that developing high performers is a core part of scaling a successful business.
  • Experience managing operational complexity—from scheduling and payroll to inventory and compliance, you keep the machine running smoothly without losing sight of the guest experience.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills—you know how to cascade goals, tell the “why,” and get people fired up to deliver results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally—you’re comfortable collaborating with HR, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to execute well-rounded initiatives that support the business.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change—you’re resilient, adaptable, and energized by new challenges. You bring clarity to chaos.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability—you lead like you own the business. When things go wrong, you course correct. When they go right, you share the win.
  • Passion for the cannabis space—whether you’re an industry vet or just excited to dive in, you’re curious, open-minded, and ready to contribute to a rapidly evolving market.
