\n- Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas.
- Cleaning includes- dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, common areas, offices, and other areas of the facility.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needed repairs.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work in unison with staff members to ensure a clean and tidy facility.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
- The job is performed indoors in a facility setting. Exposure to chemicals and laboratory agents is expected. Protective safety clothing, goggles, gloves, and/or facemasks are required as needed. Activities include extended periods of standing or bending and extensive work using cleaning equipment and machinery.
