Host/Hostess

Just Brunch is a chef inspired upscale brunch experience delivered in a modern art deco atmosphere. Set north of Atlanta, the first of its kind to touch the area you will find plush finishes, delicious food, a stunning indoor-outdoor bar that leads to our spacious indulgent patio complimented by music that always sets the tone of the guest experience. Though the name states #JustBrunch we challenge you to expand your mind to our spin on this highly desired meal of the day!

We are looking for professional hosts/hostess to be a part of our team. Our team members must have a mutual respect for quality food, customer service and teamwork. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. The host is the first point of contact for our guests and presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness and excellent service. Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, escort them to assigned dining area, present menus and announce servers name
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate assistance
• Manage the flow of guests in the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times and updates to guests
• Confirm existing reservations and make any necessary changes
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Monitor door and accessible window cleanliness 
• Basic restroom maintenance, keeping hand soap, toilet paper stocked etc. 
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Qualifications/Skills

• Customer service in hospitality experience 
• Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills
• Experience with Resy , Open Table or Yelp is a plus but not required
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Be tactful, courteous and able to communicate well with people.
• Have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Must be dependable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must work various holidays and have weekday and weekend availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

Physical Setting:

• Upscale casual dining restaurant

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday
• Weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hosting: 2 years (Preferred)                  
• Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Preferred but not required)   

Salary : $14 - $21
