FLAT-TOP LINE COOKS & WOOD FIRE GRILL COOKS

BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE, DIABLO AND SONS SALOON & RED FEATHER LOUNGE are looking for serious, creative, & hungry culinary professionals to staff a bad ass wood fire grill, and a fast-paced line. The right candidate should be a grizzled kitchen vet, with no tolerance for inefficiency, messy workspaces, or hot-shot-line-cook attitude & nonsense. An excellent palette and strong technique are required. We promote a collaborative work environment where the relationship between food & culture is honored in the work we do.
Typical Job activities include:
- Following recipes to produce prepped goods to standard
- Cleaning!
- Using prep lists & par sheets to keep lines stocked
- Collaborating on the prep-room playlist
- Working as a team to produce excellent guest experience
