YOU WILL LAUNCH A BRAND NEW STUDIO : The Head Coach at Alloy Personal Training Moorestown will be instrumental in the launch of this brand new location in NJ. There are realistic opportunities for growth into Studio Management as we expand in the market.
FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY : FULL TIME AND PART-TIME positions are available at our studio at this time. Ideally, we are looking for a Head Coach and 2 Part-Time Coaches as we prepare for our brand new studio opening.
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE : The ideal match could coach between 24-30 hours per week. You'll be helping lead our team in sessions and new sales. The ultimate goal will be to open the studio with 140 members or more. The perfect match will have on-the-floor skills and will be able to do local grassroots campaigns and community events.
PREMIUM COMPENSATION PLUS BENEFITS : UP TO $70,000.00 or more.

We are looking for enthusiastic trainers with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. You will be coaching clients using Trainerize and Alloy-specific programs and protocols, designed by long-time fitness professionals. You will be instrumental in ensuring our studio delivers premium personal training and client experiences while driving ongoing membership sales, retention, hiring, team training & development. As the Head Coach, you'll spend roughly 30 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions in our studio. The rest of your hours will be spent on sales, retention and staff training.
