GROWTH IN LOS ANGELES: The Franchisee group owns multi-unit development rights and is set to add BFT locations in Beverly Hills and other neighboring West Los Angeles territories.
The company is looking for a Sales Manager for its first upcoming studio in West Hollywood which is in presale.
POSITION:
The Studio Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the studio’s VIP founding membership sales targets during presale.
They are expected to sell the product over the phone by converting digital marketing leads to members.
The Sales manager is responsible for all strategic B2B community outreach which includes creating and executing a grassroots marketing playbook, finding like-minded businesses to cross promote with and set up pop up tables in areas with high concentration of BFT core customers.
The Sales Manager must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The Sales Manager is rooted in sales and marketing while upholding our mission to fuel energetic communal experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services.
- Demonstrated success in sales in presales environment.
- Confident in generating personal sales, converting digital leads over the phone, and executing grassroots marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Organized, proficient in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management software.
- Ability to manage and grow multiple revenue streams including memberships, package sales and retail.
DUTIES:
- Set the studio’s daily, weekly, and monthly presale membership goals and meet these targets.
- Overcoming founding membership objections and diligent prospect follow up.
- Lead generation including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networking
- Convert leads from digital marketing, B2B partnerships and member referrals.
- Identify areas of opportunity in the sales process and execute on these opportunities.
- Display proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue & attendance reports.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service situations.
- Collect outstanding membership dues and resolve membership billing errors.
- Enforce BFT’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studio.
- Assist the ownership in hiring other team members such as sales associates and coaches. Any other duties as assigned.
