A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT-END SHIFT SUPERVISOR
As a Shift Supervisor, you support the front-end department and staff to ensure each customer has an exceptional shopping experience throughout their transaction at the register and while at the front end of the store. You are on the front lines, interacting directly with our customers, while supporting your cashiers, and running a smooth shift. You're the first person our guests see when they come into the store and the last person they see when they leave, so you make sure to greet each customer and thank them for their visit. You check out every guest, ensuring accuracy as you scan each item and give back correct change to customers paying in cash. Using your excellent customer service skills, you make our guests feel welcome and keep them coming back to purchase their groceries from our store. You love meeting and interacting with different people every day!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to handle cash with accuracy.
- 1 year experience in leading shifts or supervising others preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position has a 2 pm to 9 : 30 pm schedule, which includes weekdays and at least one weekend shift.
