We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and manage our after-school program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging activities that promote the holistic development and satisfaction of our youth participants. This role is ideal for retired or current teachers seeking additional part-time employment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Activity Coordination :

• Plan and organize daily activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Ensure all activities align with program objectives and promote student engagement.

2. Staff Management

• Oversee staff compliance with organizational policies, including uniform standards and attendance.
• Actively delegate tasks, monitor performance, and conduct weekly evaluations to maintain a high-quality team.
• Facilitate ongoing training and support for staff members.

3. Program Quality Assurance :

• Develop and implement programs that address the comprehensive needs of each child.
• Regularly assess and adjust programming to ensure youth satisfaction and engagement.

4. Attendance Management :

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance.
• Monitor attendance patterns and address any issues promptly.

5. Enrollment and Communication :

• Manage the enrollment process for new participants, including interactions with parents.
• Communicate daily with parents in a positive and constructive manner, providing updates and addressing concerns.

6. Conflict Resolution :

• Implement and enforce effective conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious environment.

7. Safety and Transportation :

• Develop and uphold safety plans, especially concerning transportation services.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in education or youth program management is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.
• Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Work Schedule :

• Shift Time : 2 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 PM
• Additional working hours are available on select days.
